PPC or Pay per click is a form of an internet advertising, in which advertisers pay their host only when their ad is clicked. The same task can be accomplished either by advertising on Search engines or on any other content website. With search engines, advertisers normally bids on keyword phrases relevant to their target market but content sites charge a fixed price per click. Cost per click (CPC) is the amount of money an advertiser pays search engines and other internet publishers for a single click on its advertisement that brings one visitor to its website. Website that utilize PPC ads will display an advertisement when a keyword query matches an advertiser’s keyword list more often Search engines use to display ads in similar way or when a content site displays relevant content, for ex Ezine Article. Such advertisements are called sponsored links or sponsored ads and appear nearby or above organic results on search engine results pages or anywhere a web developer choose on a content site.

Although many PPC providers exist, Google Ad words, Yahoo Search Marketing, and Microsoft ad Center are the three largest network operators, and all three functions under a bid based model. Cost per click varies depending on the search engine and the level of competition for a particular keyword.

It is always wise to make the use of technology for marketing purpose and one of those is an internet. Now you can capture the attention of million all over the world just by marketing your products or services online. PPC is one such online marketing tool. Though in first instance it seems too costly to think about but if planned thoroughly according to your targets then it would be rather end with a successful campaign. Below are the following factors to ensure PPC campaigns to make maximum out of it.

Budget limit/ Search engine.

By setting a budget limit for daily, weekly or monthly will allow you to reduce the cost of entire campaign. To put it more precisely it will allow you to manage your campaign more effectively and you can have grip on your budget. Now select the top search engine which is used by most net surfers. Bid for the selected keywords wisely and make sure it is your main keyword or your ad may be rejected.

Now there comes a task of preparation of Ads. Make sure your ads fits to your landing page, It is at last the landing page which decide whether the visitors turns into a potential customer or just leaves the page without making any purchase. Apart from that always try to make research as to how you can compete to your competitors and if there is a need of change in your PPC strategy then do so. It is always a changing strategy and it doesn’t mean that the strategy you are using today would be the same for your future activities. Though they serve as your guide but still the relevance of your objective is the center of your business.
